Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by contacting us (see below). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. No further charges are made after that.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 6-month free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. We remind you before the trial ends.

Refunds

If you were charged twice, or charged in error, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We do not give refunds for part of a billing period, or for a period that has already started.

App purchases

Mihrab Premium bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases follow the App Store or Google Play refund process.
