Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply to the Mihrab app, the website azan.fyi and Mihrab plans for mosques (together, "Mihrab"). Mihrab is provided by TechSocket Technologies Private Limited, Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using Mihrab you agree to these terms.
1. Using Mihrab
You may use Mihrab for personal, religious and community purposes. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must give accurate information when you create an account or add a mosque.
2. Prayer times
Prayer times are calculated or set by mosques and their staff. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every time is correct. Please check with your mosque when it matters.
3. Mosque content
Mosque staff are responsible for the content they publish through Mihrab, including prayer times, messages, events and images. Content must be lawful, accurate and respectful, and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Mihrab: no unlawful, abusive, hateful or misleading content, no spam, no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and no access to accounts or data that are not yours.
5. Plans, trials and payments
Some features need a paid plan (see Pricing) or Mihrab Premium in the app. Paid mosque plans start with a free trial of 6 months; no charge is made during the trial. Before any charge after the trial, we remind you, and a charge is made only for the plan you choose.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We notify you before a renewal charge. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may exclude applicable taxes such as GST. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
In-app purchases of Mihrab Premium are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Websites we build
For website plans, the mosque owns its domain and the content it gives us. We host and maintain the website while the plan is active. If the plan ends, we can hand over the content on request.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Mihrab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect users or the service.
9. Limitation of liability
Mihrab is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed prayers or events caused by incorrect times or undelivered notifications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
