Enable the Mihrab Azan skill, link your Mihrab account and add one routine. Your Echo then plays the azan at every prayer, at the times your app uses, including your mosque's.

HOW TO SET IT UP
In Mihrab, tap More → Alexa. The automatic azan is part of Mihrab Premium; get it there if you don't have it.
Enable Mihrab Azan in the Alexa app. The button in Mihrab opens it, or use this link.
Sign in with the same account you use in Mihrab (Google, email or Apple).
Routines → + → When: Smart Home → Mihrab Azan opens → Action: Skills → Mihrab. Save it. Amazon doesn't let skills create routines, so this step is yours.
Back in Mihrab, tap Test on my Echo, and under Times from choose As app, Location or Mosque.
QUESTIONS

You signed in with a different account from the app. In the Alexa app, disable the skill, enable it again, and sign in with the account you use in Mihrab.
